• • The area runs along the west bank of the South SK River in the North end of Saskatoon.

• • The area is also hugged by beautiful walking/running/biking trails, which are a treat year-round.

• • River Heights is home to a French elementary school (École River Heights) and a Catholic elementary school (St. Anne).
    
  • The elevation for many parts of the area is high, so you get great views of the sky and the river.
  • Here you’ll find a great mix of newly renovated and well-kept, original-owner homes.
